Perfusion Master Program

The Perfusion Specialist master’s program is an upcoming 2-year program that introduces graduate students to clinical perfusion principles. The program consists of theoretical and practical phases, including an overview of physiology, treatment, biomedical technology, and perfusion techniques. Students get to work closely with doctors, perfusionists, or researchers from various faculties.

Pre-requests of the program are the following: A relevant bachelor’s degree in nursing, engineering, medicine, chemistry, biology, physics, laboratory biotechnology, or similar background. Additionally, at least two years of relevant clinical or technical experience after completion of such education is required. Such experience could be from a surgery department, intensive care unit, department of anesthesia, or biomedical engineering department in a hospital or industry.
